Whether you've never made coffee before or simply want to learn the fundamentals, this beginner-friendly barista course is the perfect place to start.

Learn from Ken or Evan from The Mustard Kitchen as they guide you through the essential skills used by professional baristas. This is a hands-on course, so you'll spend most of your time behind the coffee machine practising each step yourself—not just watching demonstrations.

You'll learn how to prepare espresso, texture silky milk, and create your very first latte art in a relaxed and supportive environment.

With a maximum of just three participants per session, you'll receive plenty of personal guidance and have the opportunity to practise at your own pace.

No experience is required—just bring your curiosity, and we'll help you build the confidence to make café-quality coffee.
