Hello. We are hiring a full-time chef to take charge of the kitchen at Katsubi Spitfire Square, near Christchurch Airport. ________________________________________ 📍 Main Duties (Job Description) • Cooking Korean & Japanese fusion menu items (chicken/karaage, katsu, ramen, udon, etc.) • Independently managing multiple kitchen stations during busy hours (Deep fry / Noodle / Wok, etc.) • Complying with kitchen hygiene and food safety standards • Supporting customer service when needed (assisting with orders/refills/serving depending on the situation) ________________________________________ 🧑‍🍳 Requirements • Experience in a related field preferred (Applicants with fast-paced kitchen and large-volume cooking experience are welcome) • Responsible and a good team player • Applicants available for long-term work preferred ________________________________________ ⏱️ Working Conditions • 4 days per week (approximately 37–39 hours) ※ Subject to change depending on store circumstances • Final salary to be discussed based on experience ________________________________________ 📍 Work Location - Spitfire Square Mall (near Christchurch Airport) ________________________________________ 📩 How to Apply Please send a brief self-introduction or your CV to the email below.
