Whether you are a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, family member, or someone who enjoys working with young children, becoming a Home-Based Educator with Kuddles could be a rewarding opportunity for you.
As a Home-Based Educator, you will provide care and learning experiences for young children in a safe, nurturing home environment while supporting their growth, development, and early learning journey. You can continue caring for children in a familiar setting while receiving professional guidance, training, and ongoing support from our experienced Visiting Teachers.

Kuddles supports eligible educators to complete the NZ Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (Level 4), allowing you to gain nationally recognised qualifications while caring for children in your own home. We also provide support for First Aid training, ensuring you meet important health and safety requirements.
💰 Financial Support
Eligible educators may receive educator subsidy payments while participating in our home-based education programme. This financial support recognises the valuable role educators play in nurturing and educating young children and can help offset the costs associated with providing quality home-based care.
