Looking for a female flatmate to move in Birkenhead, North Shore. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from Auckland CBD and only 5 minutes from the motorway by car. Close to public transport, shops, parks, pretty much everything you need. Rent: $250 per week Monthly Bills evenly shared (Gas, Electricity) Approx. $50-70/month for each person Bond: 3 weeks rent Minimum stay: 2 months Notice period: 3 weeks Long-term tenants preferred About the house: Two-storey house in a quiet location, set back from the road Furnished room with a bed, desk, chair, lamp, storage unit and mirror Wardrobe with coat hangers available if needed Bedding can be provided if needed Shared kitchen, dining area and living room Kitchenware and cooking utensils provided Plenty of fridge and freezer space Unlimited Wi-Fi Bathroom shared with one other flatmate Location: Bus stop to Auckland CBD just a 1-minute walk away (approximately 15 minutes bus to city) Local bus stops just a 1-minute walk away 5 minutes drive to the motorway Birkenhead Shopping Centre just a 5-minute walk away, with Woolworths, a gym, pharmacy, cafés, restaurants and more Parks and walking tracks nearby Who we're looking for: Female flatmates only Non-smokers Quiet, respectful and tidy household No parties/No excessive noise Currently 3 people living in the house, with a maximum of 4 flatmates in total Available from 24th October.
