This is a 3-bedroom student apartment located a 5–10 minute walk from Queen Street in central Auckland City. As it is a student apartment, students and working holiday visa holders are preferred. You will have exclusive use of one single room, and the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared with other roommates. Utilities such as water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.
