Hello! We are looking for a flatmate to use the master bedroom in Hillcrest, North Shore, where the kitchen and bathroom have recently been fully renovated, making the interior very modern and clean. The homeowner couple currently lives here, so the place is well maintained. There is also a private outdoor deck with plenty of sunlight, making it a great place to spend time reading. ✅ Location & Transport - The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, and it takes 20 minutes to get to the city - AUT University North Campus is about 10 minutes away by bus - Northcote and Birkenhead shopping malls are a 5-minute drive away - Street parking is available in front of the house ✅ Room & Facilities   •  Master bedroom   •  Private door lock   •  Basic furniture provided (bed, desk, chair, wardrobe)   •  Bathroom and toilet are shared ✅ Rent & Other Costs   •  Rent: $260/week (includes electricity, water, and internet, excluding excessive electricity usage)   •  Bond: 3 weeks paid in advance (refunded upon move-out if there is no issue with the room) ✅ Preferred Flatmate   •  Non-smoker   •  Someone who will help keep shared spaces clean   •  Female preferred   There is a small Bichon dog.
