Hello! We are looking for one male flatmate to live together in a well-located house in Ellerslie, Auckland. (Available to move in immediately) I am a male office worker in my late 30s, and I would prefer someone who is considerate and easy to live with. ■ Price and Conditions • Weekly rent: $200 ~ $220 per week (all bills included, such as electricity, water, and unlimited internet) • Bond: 2 weeks' rent ($400 ~ $440) • Minimum stay: 3 months or more • Move-in date: Available immediately • Parking: Garage parking available after discussion • Furniture/Appliances: ◦ Inside the room: It is currently empty, but a bed, chest of drawers, desk, and chair will be set up for you upon move-in.
