Looking for someone to stay short-term in an Auckland City double room + private bathroom!

Hello. We are looking for a short-term flatmate to live in a townhouse with a 4 bed / 3 bath / 1 toilet layout located at 15B Wolseley Street, Morningside. (Between September 26 and November 6, for someone who can stay at least one month) * Room information (Double Room) Double room + private bathroom Open to both male and female * Rent: $260 / week Utilities included: electricity, gas, water, internet, and yard maintenance Bond: 2 weeks Notice: 2 weeks Furniture: queen-size bed, standing desk, chair, and bedding available * Shared spaces and facilities Fully equipped kitchen and living room Cutlery, plates, table, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, TV Basic kitchen supplies and personal shelf space all provided Basic consumables such as dish soap, scrubbers, and toilet paper provided * House rules We welcome someone who is considerate of others and keeps things tidy. * Viewing If you text in advance, we will do our best to match the time!
