Room: Unfurnished Rent: $160 per week + expenses (usually $90 per month for power, wifi, and expendables like toilet paper. It may vary depending on power) About the flat: I am moving out in August and would like someone to replace me. The flat is well insulated, modern and has a big garage to store equipment. About the flatmates: The age range is between 22 - 25 years old. All are females. It is a social flat on weekends, but relatively quiet during the weekdays. Looking for someone who: - Is clean and respectful, - pays rent on time, and - slightly more on the social side.
